Pathway Tennis Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to providing access, training, and mentorship to underserved and merit-based junior tennis players in the Northeast. Founded by Richard Bowie, a 30-year high-performance coach and USTA Faculty Coach, the foundation bridges the gap between talent and opportunity, ensuring young athletes receive the resources they need to succeed.
Our mission is to empower deserving junior players with high-level training, expert coaching, and essential resources, fostering champions who excel both on and off the court.
OUR IMPACT
Through three key initiatives, we create tangible pathways to success:
- Grassroots Development – Free after-school tennis programs for underserved youth.
- Training Support – Subsidized training, court access, and coaching for nationally ranked players.
- Coaching Mentorship – Professional development for young coaches to build the next generation of tennis leaders.
WHY PARTNER WITH US?
Pathway Tennis Foundation offers corporate partners a unique opportunity to support youth development, diversity in sports, and community impact. With your support, we can expand our programs, reach more young athletes, and ensure financial barriers never limit talent.
