Frances is a Brooklyn native and the Executive Director of HQ Tennis Foundation. Frances was a former collegiate tennis player and now focuses her passion for tennis on the Jackie Robinson Park tennis courts in Bed-Stuy. Coach Frances will be activating community based programs within the Bedford-Stuyvesant community in addition to her recent work with Kings County Tennis League.
